This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for the KCWX-TV Streaming Apps.
This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by the KCWX-TV Streaming App.
 
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 
We are the sole owners of the information collected from the streaming app. We collect the User Log-In Data that you voluntarily give us when you Sign Up to use the KCWX-TV Streaming App.  We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us, as well as vital information about our streaming service. We will not share your
information with any third party.

Location Services
We stream our linear broadcast television programming to our viewers in our FCC-designated service area. Due to television Copyright Laws, all users of our streaming App must be within our service area to access our television program stream. When a person logs into the KCWX-TV Streaming App, the user is prompted to allow access to their location during the use of the App so that we can determine the App user is within the KCWX-TV designated service area. That is our only use of the location information. If the App user declines to allow access to their location, they will not have access to the stream.
 
Your Access to and Control Over Information 
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time by logging into your App and “deleting your Account.
 
Security 
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit your log-in data, your information is protected both online and offline.
